Energy, Bushfire and Budget: Where are the overlapping wins?

I was pleased to contribute to the latest issue of Architecture Bulletin (published by the Australian Institute of Architects NSW Chapter) on a topic very close to my heart; the challenge of finding affordable ‘win:win’ solutions when it comes to addressing energy-efficiency and design for bushfire in new homes.

It’s easy to assume that a higher quality home will cost more, but there are some key tips to follow if you want to reap the benefits of an efficient and bushfire-resistive home while sticking to a strict budget.
